Booking Policy
To ensure clarity and satisfaction for both parties, our booking and cancellation conditions are detailed below.
Please read these conditions carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
Reservation Policy
We offer table reservations for:
- brunch
- aperitivo
- pranzo
- cena
Each experience is curated to bring you the best of our cuisine and service.
Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance of the desired date.
An escrow card is required at the time of booking and will be charged a variable amount in case of no-show or late cancellation.
During the booking process, theamount is calculated based on the number of guests and the service chosen. Ved the next section to elaborate.
Table cancellation
Table cancellation can be made without incurring any charge up to 48 hours before the reservation.
As compensation for the reserved and unused seat, the following amounts will be charged only in case of no-show or late cancellation:
- €10 per person for brunch
- €20 per person for appetizer (Saturday and Sunday only)
- €40 per person for lunch/dinner
This gives you flexibility in case of unforeseen changes to your plans.
Guests
The minimum number of guests per reservation is 2 persons, while the maximum number allowed is 6 persons.
For reservations of less than 2 or more than 6 guests , you can send an email request to info@camavite.it.
If possible, sare happy to accommodate your needs.
Intolerances, allergies and useful communications
During the reservation process, please leave a message with any intolerances, allergies or helpful communications to make sure your experience is as good as possible.
This will allow us to personalize your experience and take appropriate precautions to ensure your safety and maximum satisfaction.
